- Teamed with fellow inspector generals at 9 different locations where 635th units are located to ensure 635th personnel received local inspector general support.

- Created a visit request process from the ground up using available tools to define the process for the wing.

- Led a team of 40 people responsible for contracted customer support to U.S. Transportation Command's Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) ensuring Department of Defense users across the globe are able to utilize GATES to accomplish TRANSCOM's mission of moving passengers and cargo throughout the world.

- Created 10 different process maps where none existed, teaming with different project groups to codify processes in order to establish standardized, repeatable processes across the program.

- Led, counseled, trained, and mentored 49 military and 3 civilian personnel on subject matter performance, professional development, and mission completion.

- Formed a team of 50+ military and civilian personnel worldwide to develop a new distribution network for transporting hazardous commodities to Middle East after losing all permissions in the existing transportation network, building the new network in only 5 months and transported 2,000 tons in the first 7 months of operation.

- Built and expanded distribution networks throughout the Middle East, working through numerous global diplomatic complexities to synchronize and optimize the overall network.

- Led, counseled, trained, and mentored 10 personnel directly and 974 civilian, 17 military and 20 contractor personnel throughout the organization on maintenance repair performance, professional development, and mission completion.

- Led comprehensive review of all on-hand bench stock material and reduced the on-hand levels from 41K active bins to 24K active binsa 39% reduction; eliminating $8M in replacement and purchasing costs.

- Led and monitored production operations at 32 facilities with a $375M operating budget to annually repair 85,000 various avionic components while generating $1.7B in revenue.
