- I was hired to manage the special finance department
- When I started the position there were $900k in unfunded car loans that needed to be fixed or re-contracted with the banks
- Within 6 weeks and with the assistance of my team and management, we were able to get all the loans funded or re-contracted
- From December of 2021 through the end of March I reorganized the entire department, created procedures and policy to establish a process that would minimize contracts from being caught up or left unfunded by lenders
- At the beginning of April 2022, I was asked to go to Kunes Nissan and take over the special finance department because of my performance at Kunes Ford
- There were $400k in loans to remain unfunded
- Within about 30 days we were able to get the majority of the loans funded or re-contracted
- Recovered over $900k in unfunded auto loans within six weeks by implementing streamlined processes and improved lender relationships
- Generated $220k in gross profit through efficient contracting and financial management
- Established policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure timely loan approvals, generating $3,500 to $4,500 per sale in profit

Captain's Table Restaurant & Marquis Marina

- I was hired in March of 2017 to take over a failing restaurant located on the Mississippi River
- Over the course of the first 8 months my team was able to increase sales from $600k to $1.1m
- In December of 2018 we shut the restaurant down to remodel, during the remodel the restaurant caught on fire and was destroyed
- Working with the City of Moline, owners, and all vested shareholders, we redesigned and rebuild the restaurant for $2.7m
- The restaurant, which is attached to 100 slip marina had a serious divide between previous management and the patriots
- Upon taking the position, I agreed to take over management of both facilities as they were owned by the same investors
- In the spring of 2018, the Mississippi River went though a 500-year record breaking flood, which destroyed 80% of the Marina's docks
- I negotiated a settlement with the insurance company, obtained serval bids from manufacturers, and completed a $1.2m redesign and rebuilt the entire marina
- The restaurant was completed in August of 2020 and the Marina was finished in the spring of 2021
- Managed all financial and operational aspects of the waterfront restaurant and marina, increasing sales from $600k to $1.1m within the first year
- Oversaw the $2.7m rebuild of the restaurant after the fire, including negotiating a 30-year contract with the city and securing financing above the insurance settlement
- Directed $1.2m redesign and reconstruction of the 100-slip marina, destroyed by a historic flood, working with contractors and insurers to ensure timely completion within budget
- Responsibilities included budgeting, financial forecasting, inventory control, staff hiring and training, contract management, and customer relationship management
