I have been with GE Schleifring for 15 plus years now. During my time at GE Schleifring I have performed many roles in the organization. During this time, I moved from Material Coordinator to Material Control to planner and Traffic Control to scheduler and Traffic Control to Production Manager, which I ran the Production and Warehouse Assembly building. I then moved to Manufacturing Manager role at our second building. After, I went to Materials, which included managing/coaching Materials and purchasing personnel.I have streamlined processes within the floor and system, developed people, ROI, Reporting tools in ERP at all levels of organization.. This being said, I am excited and nervous to see where these skills will take me and how I can grow in this new role.
