• Regularly exceeded company expectations for both Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity options. After starting my first sales role at the company, I've found myself in the top 5% of advisors for both Q4 of 2025 and Q1 of 2026.

• Adapted and adhered to strict CMS regulations, along with carrier-specific and companywide updates.

• Assisted with managerial duties, both having worked with new advisors on mock calls and explaining nuances. Also regularly helped coworkers to ensure they were properly using sales tactics and legal enrollment codes.

• Collaborated among various programs to learn as much as possible to offer my best to my clients.

• Through my time as a SECA I've worked with students with both one on one needs as well as shared needs.
• With working as a shared SECA I've been able to hold small groups within the classroom to further help students.
• Documenting student behaviors, interventions, and outcomes to enable lead teacher to address pertinent issues.
• Maintained positive attitude and affirmatively communicated with each student.
• Delivered personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support to individual students to enable positive learning outcomes.

• While working with 3rd grade in an inclusion classroom I've been working closely with 3 different students that all stood in different places of academic understanding.
• All of these experiences have helped me to learn different ways in helping individual students as well as groups of students.

During this time period I found myself as our school's Service Employees International Union (SEIU Local 73) representative.

• In this time I lead informational meetings reviewing updates to Union policies.
• Found time within my day to settle disputes amongst coworkers making sure all needs were met.
• Conducted reviews of administration's planning for schedule's and responsibilities.

• Throughout my time as a miscellaneous employee I took on many responsibilities and tasks that varied day to day.
• Through my work as a miscellaneous I found the opportunity to coach both soccer and track and my relationship with the students and parents strengthened.
• In working with parents in my time coaching I've found the communication skills necessary to keep parents updated and assured with all information necessary, including practice times, games schedule, and award ceremonies.
• Overall my time as a miscellaneous helped me learn to be flexible, attentive and determined to overcome any task that might come my way.
