My Strength and Conditioning job involves designing and implementing exercise programs to enhance overall athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. My role requires a thorough understanding of sports science, anatomy, and physiology.
I work with athletes of all levels, from amateurs to professionals, to improve their strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility.
The workouts may require using weightlifting, plyometric, and other exercises. Where I monitor the athlete's progress and make adjusts to the program as needed. My experience of helping athletes succeed is essential.
Provides therapeutic massages to clients, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and acupressure. Work to relieve pain, improve range of motion, and rehabilitate injuries.
Consists of a variety of modalities that allows practitioners to apply fixed or moving manipulation to the soft body tissues.
Deep tissue massage, can relieve chronic patterns of muscular tension. Using various parts of the hands and arms, such as the fingers, fist and forearm, to apply greater pressure to the muscles is also found in other modalities.
Creating a pace moving and activities interesting Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off the bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen the muscles.
Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for the body. The buoyancy of the water reduces weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on the

To lead elderly members, in a group environment, through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, flexibility, muscle strength, balance and endurance that regular physical activity keeps the heart, brain, bones, muscles, and joints healthy. All while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised.
Hatha focuses on breathwork timed to movements typically at a slower pace than what you might experience in vinyasa.
Hatha yoga session will consists of a variety of some sort of centering exercises. This might include a seated position or on your back and may involve a simple guided meditation, a breathing exercise, or even just a moment of silence.
Responsible for leading and guiding groups of individuals through various exercise routines and fitness classes. To create engaging and effective workout sessions for participants, typically in settings such as gyms, fitness studios, or outdoor spaces.
