As a Communications Specialist, I play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the organization's internal and external communications. Collaborating with key stakeholders, I identify target audiences, determine appropriate communication channels, and establish measurable goals and KPIs. In less than a year, I've individually created over 200 pieces of content including newsletters, website content, social media posts, blog articles, and internal communications. Managing our intranet platform, I assist various departments in the development and design of their team sites, as well as, the company site as a whole. Tracking and analyzing communication efforts using appropriate tools and metrics, I monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure we are staying updated on industry trends and best practices in communication.
In addition to my Communications role, I also serve as our DEIB Specialist. Last year, I assisted in developing and launching our company-wide Employee Resource Groups. Currently, I manage all ERG communications including working with ERG leadership to build-out group initiatives, create meeting decks and moderate Teams channels.
In my role as an Executive Operations Coordinator I provided direction to teams across the organization to achieve targets, created and optimized project plans and executed daily operations. Working closely with our Communications team, I created internal content,
managed and designed our company SharePoint and oversaw our communications schedule. Within 2 months, I personally resolved 528 support cases while taking on customer escalations and new product trainings.

As a Senior Executive Assistant and Project Associate, I supported multiple senior executives and assisted with project management activities, facilitating efficient operations, coordinating executive communications, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
