
Detail-oriented Process Assistant with strong skills in floor management and team coordination. Monitors production goals, evaluates associate performance, and provides real-time problem-solving support. Floor Management & Staffing: Directing daily operations, conducting stand-up team meetings, and assigning Tier 1 associates to specific roles (e.g., picking, packing, stowing, or problem-solving).
Workflow & Metric Tracking: Monitoring hourly production goals, evaluating associate work performance, and communicating key metrics to Operations and Area Managers.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting system or operational issues in real-time, such as clearing jams, rerouting totes, and assisting associates with difficult tasks.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety standard operating procedures (SOPs), identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring team members have the necessary equipment.
Management Support: Acting as direct coverage for Area Managers when they are on vacation or leave, helping implement Operational Excellence initiatives. Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement
Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide important shift information to front-line management to ensure operational excellence across shifts
Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives
Coach associates on ways to work safely at all times
Assist the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
