- Designed a new Order Management State Machine, In-warding flows, and scalable, multi-tenant Notifications Platform handling millions of transactional notifications across channels.
- Led and managed the critical Master Data Management (MDM) System and the development teams.
- Designed and helped bring about unification of multiple Search sub-systems.
- Proposed and designed refactoring the in-house A|B testing system saving a lot of infrastructure costs as well as making it more performant.

- Contributed to the popular open‐source Meteor JS framework by authoring a package(> 2𝑘 downloads) to easily plugin various logging frameworks.
- Adopted and promoted Functional Programming in routine development using frameworks like Underscore JS.

This enabled innovative ‘in-flight’ applications like handing off deferred transactions amongst on‐board crew members, crew‐chat, etc.
