My responsibility's as a homehealth aide includes but not limited to

* Ensuring the safety and well being of all clients.

* Personal care assistance and daily activities.

* Making sure clients attend doctors appointments and or errands.

* Light housekeeping.

* Assisting with telephone use and or direct communication with family , physical therapist and travel nurses if applicable.

My responsibility's as a home health aide includes but not limited to

* Enable safety, security, increased independence of all seniors who where assigned to my task.

* Assisting clients with ongoing medical conditions , avoiding unnecessary hospitalization , and recovery after illness.

* Charting clients daily information of completed task in their service care plan.

* Light housekeeping and personal hygiene care as well as companionship as well as emotional , mental and physical support.
