- Converted existing automation team to AGILE, tripled team size to keep up with growth of the company
- Deployed new automation environment which massively reduced the regression test time required, from weeks to days.

- Anan was an early Splunk competitor. Led Anan's tech organization from pre-seed through first customer installations. Responsible for all initial engineering hires, as well as product technical roadmap and execution of it.

Arrived at IBM via the acquisition of Storwize

- Overseeing ProtecTIER & Real Time Compression from an end-to-end service perspective.
- Managing teams in the United States, Germany & Japan spanning the end-to-end support spectrum (Pre to Post-Sales, as well as implementation) of IBM Real Time Compression & ProtecTIER

- Built Data Domain's EMEA support organization from scratch.
- Coordinate with partner support organizations in many countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Manage support teams in Amsterdam and Israel

- Built original QA Team and QA Labs for Data Domain, Inc.
