Design of the integrated rural development programmes. Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Poverty Alleviation programmes (this involves establishing of intervention projects; Monitoring/Evaluation of impact on community dwellers).

Identify possible areas of intervention for the purpose of alleviating poverty.
