Seeking a position in the Student Onboarding and Advising department that offers me the opportunity to utilize my strengths in student relationship-building, while also communicating the numerous benefits that come with being a College of Lake County Lancer.
*Serve as an initial CLC contact for students regarding their registration, records, financial aid, advising, and tuition payments.
*Provide customer service as student support representative in person at CLC, over the phone, and online through a virtual chat.
*Educate students on how they access their student portal to enroll in classes, change personal information, see their academic record, and set up payment plans.
*Assist students in arranging and scheduling appointments with both the Advising and Financial Aid departments.
