Shift Supervisor, Controller (Assistant Supervisor)

Armed Static Security Professional of the U.S and Israeli Military assets in southern Israel.

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks such as but not limited to making shift schedules, Weapons Cleaning Logs, DA Forms, initial counseling’s ETC.

• In charge of the Armory during the shift and would issue out weapons and equipment at the start of shift and collect it by the end of shift. Also, while keeping accountability of all company and military equipment and weapons.

• Responsible for the defense of the base and enforcing all Military/Company policies and procedures.

• Responsible for information being relayed between the Israeli Defense Force and the United States Army during exercises and actual emergencies.

• From July 2022 – September 2023 a total of 476 hours as the Supervisor for my team, these hours do not reflect additional responsibilities and duties as the secondary supervisor they only reflect the hours recorded officially for pay scale purposes.

• Mobile, Static, & Biometrics Security
• Mobile security on the NATO Force Protection Contract at Camp Bondsteel Kosovo
• Provided Security for installation access control points along with roving patrols and guard tower static positions on the Camp
• Experience working as a Biometrics Security Clerk with duties that included but not limited to using Iris recognition and fingerprint scanners to enroll individuals into Mission Oriented Biometric Software (MOBS) system
• Certified as a Range Safety Officer by the United States Army for Camp Bondsteel Kosovo
• Experience using the SEEK II Biometric Device utilizing forensic-quality fingerprint capture, rapid dual iris scan capability and facial capture, and using ArcGIS technology to cross-reference check with Interpol’s database.

• Military
• Mobile Security, Static Security, Mobile security on the guardian angel project at Bagram airfield Afghanistan
• Performed day to day duties in the Tactical Operations Center with the U.S
• Air Force monitoring and relying on radio communications and CCTV activity
• Providing mobile security and patrols for the airfield and acting as law enforcement in enforcing all airfield rules and regulations
• Responding to all emergencies that includes indirect rocket fire, small arm attacks, and medical emergencies
• Involved with the security of the President of the United States during his visit
• Working with Airforce Security Forces, Army Security Forces, and Secret Service
• Performed duties as a Sector supervisor for the mobile patrols on the airfield which included but not limited to organizing and overseeing security escorts for military equipment and personnel
• Doing post checks on ECPs and mobile patrols, and in the case of emergency was responsible for distributing extra ammunition and supplies to all Positions.

• Provided Static Security for all personal on site with foot patrols along the base perimeter
• Performed day to day duties in the Tactical operations center using the cameras for local surveillance both on and off the installation
• Keeping track of all personal always
• Conducted vehicle and personal searches for entry control points on compounds
• Relayed information between the Israeli Defense Force and the United States Army as the primary radio operator during exercises and actual emergencies.

• Nova Silo Training Area, Section Chief for Kilo Battery, overseeing training courses, multiple security operations
• Provided training and courses to new members of the unit in weapons handling and proper radio and communication procedures of the M777A2 Howitzer
• Uploaded the Howitzer Computer with Crypto to enable the Sections to go fully digital with communication electronically in place of voice over radio channels
• Performed day to day duties in the Tactical Operations Center as my time as a Shift Leader
• Responsible for monitoring the progress and performance of subordinates and constantly developing them as a shift supervisor for the Crisis Response team conducting Law Enforcement and Security duties with the Bulgarian military police.

• Trained in the operation of the M777A2 Howitzer, towed mortar systems, Heavy crew served weapons and communication equipment (SINCGAR/handheld radios)
• Recorded and relayed information over the radio from Fire Direction Center (FDC) to the gunline during Field Operations
• Attended multiple classes and courses on Radio etiquette and procedures
• Assisted the Battery Commanding Officer in the command post by running communication wires from the post to the howitzer gun positions
• Provide over-watch as a guardian angel alongside Military Police for VIPs
• Emphasized time management along with managerial skills to get everyone engaged
