• Played a foundational role in conceiving and developing the product from the ground up. My responsibilities extended to defining business strategies, actively participating in sales endeavors, and contributing to fundraising efforts.

• Responsible for shaping Natural Interaction paradigms using Primesense's 3D sensor technology. This led to the creation of a cutting-edge Living Room experience showcased at CES 2012.

• Led a team of professionals in redesigning the company's next-generation product line, encompassing the Point of Sale, Self-Checkout, Customer Scale, Self-Scan, and Back Office system. This transformation significantly contributed to the company's acquisition by NCR.

• Designed the mobile experience of two cellular phones and their orbiting accessories (e.g., jackets). Including concept design, detailed specifications of the entire phone, usability testing, and accompaniment of the development process in the company’s R&D group and at its OEM in Taiwan.
