-Providing full compliance against the guideline

-Training for the suppliers to get better understanding and alignment on MR

-Validation of FEM & FSLM audits as MR extraction

-Onsite MR visits of suppliers throughout the region regularly

-CAP Management of MR and other Findings of suppliers

-Quality benchmarking of 3rd party audit reports

-Validating 3rd party auditors as witness checks

-Engaging with the program team for project management

-Stakeholder management

*Being responsible of and managing supply chain on ethical compliance / social responsibility throughout the region which covers Turkey, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan as well. Within this scope;

-Doing grading of 3rd party audit reports done in manufacturers

-CAP Management of 3rd party audit reports and onsite FU audits

-Quality benchmarking of 3rd party audit report

-Validating 3rd party auditors and doing witness checks

-Onsite annual audits as brand representative

-Project Management and Capacity Building as like Worker Engagement, Building Safety, Multi Tenant Buildings, Women Empowerment throughout the supply chain, leading the team in the region

-Stakeholder management

*Global responsibilities

-Account responsibilities on Worker Engagement

-Global lead on Disney and Other Licensees Management

-Alignment with other regional teams on Audit Grading and CAP Management

-Accredited ZDHC Training Provider, conducted ZDHC trainings in Turkey and Bulgaria

-Conducting environmental and chemical audits for wet mills of reputable brands

-Training and leading junior environmental auditors

-Developing audit questionnaires` of local brands environmental and chemical audit methodologies

-Conducting social and environmental audits as being lead auditor

-Accredited with most of brands and 3rd party audits

-Conducting social and environmental trainings towards suppliers and brands

-Establishing social and environmental capacity building projects on various sectors such as textile and agriculture, leading the projects

-Conducting social audits in compliance with the brands` own COC towards suppliers throughout EMEA region

-Alignment with other regional teams

-Conducting social audits as being lead auditor for most of COC programs and 3rd party audit methodologies

-Conducting social and environmental trainings towards suppliers and brands

-Environmental officer of the companies in terms of local environmental law and related legislations to provide compliance
