Omer Olender

Hello!

my name is omer, i have been fascinated with music and sound all of my life.

i have been playing and studying drums and percussion as my main instrument for over 16 years. i play guitar for more than 12 years and also have a good knowledge of keyboards bass and synthesizers.

i studied as a major in high school music theory, history and performance.

after the military service i understood that i am more interested in the bigger picture and went to study 2 years of sound design and sound engineering.

my studies included basic electricity engineering, mixing and mastering, music production, live sound, video games and cinema composition and sound track design (in which i did my final project).

I am a huge fan of the magic in live performance so after the pandemic i started to work in both front and back of house in the Cameri theater, israel's biggest theater. working with israel's leading actors and directors in some of the best venues.
