  • Achievements/Tasks - I joined the Fraud & Risk Analytics Team at its inception
  • I was responsible for building all dashboards for fraud tracking in the main domains (applications, payments, disputes, abnormal detections, loss calculations, etc.). - Developed from scratch an alert system and integrated it into Retool, handling workflows, application recording, and manual review team recommendations. - Analyze vendors' performance and provide recommendations for implementing their products. - Implemented a complete ETL process, from reading and analyzing data to researching fraud patterns and setting up automated workflows, alerts, Slack notifications, and reports for banks and clients.
