• Management of the company's ticket incidents system in Israel with over 250 employees via ServiceNow.
• I was recruited into the role of the company's forms systems manager who left and they did not find a replacement for the role.
• I made direct contact with the United States and Europe in the ongoing management of IT Israel, weekly conversations on Zoom and Teams with my managers in Europe and the United States.
• As part of my role, purchasing computers and monitors and all the related equipment, iPad's, iPhone's, Windows laptops and more.
• All the installation management for the new employees of the equipment, managing the array of suppliers in Israel, while maintaining the security of the information according to the company's policy.

• Manages the company's clients in support of the Help Desk
• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of AD connection management, VPN network management and FW management of our clients, management and support for Office 365 including user settings and license arrangement, establishment of users in DOMAIN and all management of the client's computing domain.
• Management of the company's VMWARE, including the preparation of virtual servers.
• Management of the company's CRM, including monitoring and control of all the customers' computing equipments.
• My field of work concerns the entire media system of the company including Facebook and Instagram.
• Installation and setup of gaming computers, including installation for the company's individual customer, from the consultation stage to installation at the customer's home.
• Hardware upgrade for stationary and mobile computers as part of the work, including the installation of workstations at the customer base, including network settings and domain management at a workstation.
• Management and control of the clients' managed antivirus system.
• Assisted help desk customers by troubleshooting computer-related issues such as virus removal, password resets, email setup and software installs
