• Building first Microsoft Data Center at Israel region with live costumer data
• Deploying 3 new region:

TLV20 containing of 1 Edge site, 2 RNGs, 3 AZ and in total of 15MHz capacity,

TLV23 containing 6MHz capacity.

TLV24 containing 5MHz capacity.

• Lead the process of receiving new hardware deliveries and monitor them until they reach production
• Calculate cable lengths and create cable maps, pre-cable, and manage cables installation while maintaining high cabling standards
• R/S/P network materials and integrate them into production
• Troubleshoot server and B/F with top-tier OKRs results
• Acting as the first-response team during critical Data Center incidents
• Hiring, budding and trainings new DCTs and providing guidance on the company's procedures and culture
• Developed comprehensive documentation for data center operations

• 24/7 Network support for wide local companies and businesses
• NOC monitor and support
• Configure and troubleshoot Juniper, Cisco, Fortigate and Checkpoint switches, routers, and firewalls
• All hands support in Binat's Data Center space

• Build and configure new network infrastructure
• Monitor and support LAN network environment
• Troubleshoot network, servers and voip
• Server management support- DNS, AD, DHCP, EPO
• VMware & NetApp servers setups
