Work closely with the Control Center on timetables, fares and flights changes based on findings.

Attend Management meetings, prepare financial reports, forecasts and operational recommendations.

Develop long-term pricing plans to maximize revenue & meet business growth goals.

Address operational issues, implement last-minute changes to flight plans, configurations & schedules.

Provide professional support and mentoring to the analysts team, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Manage interfaces with international functions, Call Center, local & overseas stations and colleagues.

Responsible for database management to support pilots regarding security & safety aspects.

Responsible for flight preparation arrangements, address operations officers needs and inquires.

Oversee the Handling Operation team activities – aircraft loading & unloading according to procedures.

Work in cooperation with multiple departments to ensure meeting timelines.

Enforce safety procedures across staff and passengers.
