
Experienced recreation and sports facility professional with a strong background in operations management, staff supervision, budgeting, and athletic programming. Proven ability to manage large-scale facilities, oversee diverse programming, and drive revenue through rentals, leagues, and events. -Manage daily operations of a 110,000 sq. ft. multi-sport facility, including scheduling, staffing, maintenance, and programming.
-Oversee a $1M+ budget with full responsibility for profit and loss, financial reporting, and revenue generation.
-Supervise and train up to 60 part-time staff, including front desk & building supervisors.
-Oversee all Adult athletic leagues (basketball, volleyball, pickleball & soccer).
-Administer facility rentals, including rental applications, invoicing, payments & certificate of insurances.
-Coordinate facility setup/teardown operations and responsible for maintenance and safety compliance.
-Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and evaluating all part time staff.
-Prepare monthly board reports.
-Collaborate with youth affiliate sport groups as well as sport clubs departments to maximize facility usage.
-Manage a $400,000 concession operations across multiple locations.
-Implemente marketing strategies and promotions to increase participation and revenue.
-Plan and assist with hiring events to meet ongoing staffing demands for the venue.
-Partner with department leaders to assess and address specific training needs for front of line staff.
-Maintain organization and inventory of all front of house products.
-Responsible for overseeing all scheduling for the guest services department.
-Step in across all areas of the venue during peak periods, including running food, bartending, expediting the kitchen line, serving guests, and bussing tables.
-Track trainee performance and development, offering coaching and additional support when necessary.
