Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, electrical safety inspections, and operation verification procedures on equipment in accordance with manufacturer and/or company recommendations. Respond to service calls within the company. Repair, install, and calibrate biomedical equipment as needed. Maintain a record of all equipment, service performed, and accounts serviced. Work with, direct, and document the activities of vendors and outside technicians. Train and orient new biomedical staff as appropiate.

• Maintain medical equipment by performing preventative maintenance according to manufacturers and hospital guidelines
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in a timely and cost effective manner
• Install, test, and inventory new equipment
• Document all work completed in a clear and concise manner
• Train technicians on proper operation of equipment as well as initial troubleshooting techniques

• Process customer exceptions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership direction to team associates
• Greet and interact with customers
• Provide direction to customers as needed
• Process orders and accept returns
