· Develop and maintain functional specification documents for all HCM data integrations

· Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues and new development for data integrations

· Responsible for system configuration and maintenance of HR foundational tables and running controls for interfaces.

· Responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of services related to the PeopleSoft HRMS

· Responsible for the troubleshooting of employee demographic integrations, error reports, and subsequent data remediation.

· Administer Access Database crosswalk mappings for data conversion and extracts into Excel to Component Interface templates. Crosswalk mappings include but are not limited to items such as Job Codes, Position Data, Personal Data, Job Data, and License and Certification data.

· Utilize PeopleSoft HCM experience in Core HR and Compensation modules to help with system design, development, and conversion mapping for new facilities

· Work with technical, functional teams & consultants to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful implementations
