Refinance of over a billion shekels a year in depth based on public funding raise & leading banks. Managed 70 employees on the finance division directly. leading the tax regulation efforts, publishing on a quarterly basis financial reports.

Management of the real-estate department (40 sites all around Israel) including legal contracts, permits & cities regulations while overseeing renovations & construction processes.

Brought the company from 70M to 115M yearly revenue including on-going profits growth. Relocate the company warehouse & HQ from the centre to the south of Israel and more than double the size. Managed 90 employees eventually (7% growth every year). Developed the middle east market from scratch including several marketing activities such as trade shows (US & UAE & EMEA).

Managing 60 employees with around 40M yearly revenue with positive cash flow. Servicing hundreds of thousands of field (on-road) customers, standing under tight SLA. During my time as CEO, the company was focused on developing several new products with proven market fit mostly on the information systems fields. Focused on high margin products with several points of increasment.
