Manager Evaluation
Natalyn observed compliance with CEFCU Policies and Procedures most of the time.
Natalyn struggled to comply with the Professional Image Policy. Her appearance was often not professional. She had to be reminded by management seven documented times (4/22, 5/5, 5/16, 5/31, 7/21, 8/7, and 8/22) to correct a dress code violation. Management provided the policy to Natalyn and stressed the sections that talked about piercings, tattoos and appropriate work attire.
She relied on training and questioning to prevent CEFCU losses.
She occasionally performed research before presenting items for overrides to supervisors.
Natalyn received a verbal warning for violating the Financial Dealings Policy on 9/26/2025.
Natalyn had three meal break violations. All three were due to taking a short lunch (less than 25 minutes).
She generally utilized sound judgment for normal situations. She knew when to seek out a supervisor for unique or difficult situations.
Natalyn was able to prevent a CEFCU loss by identifying a fraudulent check totaling $2,000.
Manager

Productivity
Volume of work, time management/efficiency, initiative, product referrals/sales
Proficiency Rating: 2.50
Volume of work falls below job requirements; falls behind meeting established schedules. Needs to improve prioritization of job responsibilities.
Manager Evaluation
Natalyn averaged 96.9 transaction per day. The office average was 108.1 transactions per day.
She had zero CML follow ups in 2025. Natalyn should rely on his CML skills to perform follow-ups and build relationships with members. The office expectation was to follow up with 2 members per month.
Natalyn should use her downtime to track referrals and sales. She should also use down time to grow her knowledge of CEFCU products/services.
Natalyn needed to be reminded several times throughout the year to stay at her teller station so that she is available when members come. It does not project a professional image when employees are wandering around the workplace and members are waiting to be helped.
Quality
Accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail, organization
Proficiency Rating: 2.50
Majority of work meets quality requirements, but is occasionally lacking in thoroughness, accuracy, neatness, or organization. Some review and correction required.

She had 13 quality errors. On these occasions, a correction letter was mailed to members for a transaction being done incorrectly. She also had one key in errors. The goal for the year is to be under 12 errors.
She occasionally produced work that was neat, orderly and error free.
There were times when Natalyn’s quality was lacking which caused member irritants. For example, on 4/24/25, Natalyn had a member who wanted to leave $40 available in their savings account for an ACH to come out. She left $40.81 in the savings account causing the ACH to get returned because $1 needs to remain in the account at all times. The member incurred a fee, and they had to coordinate another ACH payment with the company. On 8/20/25, a member sent in $500 cash to make a loan payment in drive-up. Natalyn made the payment but sent the $500 back out to member who then left. Her drawer was short $500. Management called and talked to the member who said they did get $500 back in cash but didn't realize it until after leaving. The member then had to make an additional trip back to the member center to resolve the problem.
On 12/29/2025, Natalyn accepted 2 $50 dollar bills that were counterfeit. An email was sent out to all member centers employees two days earlier warning everyone to be on the lookout for these counterfeit $50 dollar bills. Counted as quality error.
