• Manages customer service, dispatch carriers and transportation operations for the LTL East accounts. Manage inbox and respond in a timely manner to build loads for customer, Identify NMFC codes and Class, send rate requests and have the ability to use tools available to rate.

• Managed freight for 2 major accounts (Jennie O, and Ferrero Rocher). Duties included providing and negotiating rates using our system's rating tools. Scheduled appointments for inbound and outbound shipments, tracked and traced brokerage and in house carriers to make sure they met on time performance. Managed the inbox to insure that all emails were answered in a timely manner.

• Assisted in daily operations relating to TMC software system. I provide online support and routine process improvements. Assist in creating standard operating procedures and key performance indicators to uphold company baselines.

• Ensured operational by supporting both internal and external customers. Assist with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within the company's software systems. Track and trace shipments, make appointments, and communicate to ensure on time departures/arrivals.
