Understand the solution requirements (Target audience, Touchpoints, Responsive or not, Integration with external vendors etc.) Align all relevant entities, set up design reviews, how to collect feedback and SLAs for correcting issues until final approval.

  • Create PRD's and specification documents working closely with the Marketing dept. by guiding and obtaining MRD's. While managing internal and external work teams (Developers, Designers, Narrators, Video Editors)
