Office Overview: Founder and manager of a multidisciplinary planning and real estate office. We provide high-quality services in real estate appraisal, urban planning, architecture and interior design, with a focus on supporting Palestinian communities in East Jerusalem and the West Bank

Our team consists of real estate appraisers, architects, a lawyer, GIS specialist, and engineers, working closely with local and international NGOs and Palestinian Authority ministries.


In the field of Real Estate the office offers:

  • Expert evaluations for various Palestinian communities in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, including assessments of property values, rents, construction costs, and damage evaluations.
  • The reports have covered areas such as Silwan, Wadi-Hilweh, and Hebron, which are subjects of disputes between local property owners and settlers
  • All reports have received positive feedback from judges.
  • Objections on behalf of the private sectors against the Jerusalem Municipality reports of betterment Tax.
  • Decisions are published in the website of Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
  • Objections against the evaluations of Real Estate in West Bank by the Israeli National Insurance Institute, together with HAMOKED Association (The Center for Defense of the Individual).

  • Objections against governmental and local Planning Schemes.
  • The office submitted an objection filed on behalf of the A-Tur Association in 2006 against the National Park Plan in the A-Tur and Esawiya neighborhoods in Jerusalem, as well as other objections in 2008 against the Jerusalem Regional Plan prepared by the Israeli government, and objection against re-parcelation schemes in Beit Hanina and Shu'fat.
