Performing DB load, Loading the employees from one platform to another.
Before actual Payroll runs we run test payroll keying the pay rates taxes on WFN and Henry Platform of the employees.
Working on 3 types of audits( configuration, production and validation).
Setting up the client on Tax and Banking Portal and giving the user id and password to view their reports.
Giving access to WFN (work force now) portal to view their payrolls, employee data and administrator’s data.
After learning all of the above process, looking at the performance ability and capability moved to Data Conversion as a Data conversion specialist(DSC) (Internal Movement).
US Payroll Processing(6 months).
Here we use WFN portal for setting up a company and loading the employee’s information in to the portal.
In process of Date conversion, we receive the employee details and their payroll details.
Loading and Importing employee’s information on WFN after the conversion process.
This task is purely based on excel which we use various formulae’s.
Working on the process of calculations of SS tax Medicare tax as we need to make the pay file and submit it to the US team so that they will generate the payslip and send to the client.
In IHUB process we initially setup the payroll for the clients who are migrating from other companies to ADP.
Assigning company wise employees to their respective supervisors on the EZLM labour manager.
Setting up each employee’s time card details and capturing worked hours information.
After learning the conversion process for over 6 months, nominated for the Pilot Phase of the New Process: Major Account Services US Payroll As Resource Analyst.
