• Managed appointment scheduling and student and faculty communications
• Research materials, the costs and purchase for the preclinical and clinical course including, Fixed, Removable, Implant, Endodontics.
• Supported reviewing student kits for Fixed, Removable and Endodontics.
• Produced course materials using Lab equipment, 3D printer, Sirona scanner and milling unit, Trios scanner, Strauman desktop scanner and milling unit.
• Troubleshooting for the lab equipment

• Coordinated student grade records management, enhancing data accuracy and retrieval efficiency.

• Organized Endodontics Residency Program enrollment process and interview process.

Department Restorative Dentistry:

General office work: Taking phone calls, responding emails, make copies, checking office supplies, support supervisor and department faculties, such as entering course grades, building up quizzes/exams, communicate the students etc.

Crown & Bridge: Die trimming, Waxing, Investing, Finishing & Polishing, Pressing, CAD/CAM: Scanning, Design and Milling
