Mirella Lozano

My name is Mirella, i’m a graduate and now majoring in psychology. I grew up to be very work minded and dependable as a person. During the past years of me working i’ve learned to become more mindful and independent. I work now within the DCFS and it made me a lot more mature and understanding, it takes a lot of patience and gentleness with the families so working with the company made some growth to me. I work around different ages so i understand everyone is different and takes things different but i learned to be good at communicating and how to handle problems in the proper and correct way. I’m a very trustable and dependable person, prior to my old job i worked there for almost 3 years and my shifts were always 10-12 hours, i was always scheduled to close and open because the company knew the skills and trust i have within me. I’m always welcome to come in even at late notice, i’m a very empathetic person so i’m very understand and that makes me easy to talk to and get along with. I’ve always been the one to count on, i’m very good at time management. i just put my focus and effort into my task and job when it has to be done.
