Then cleaning the tables as the customers left ready for the next customers. I took pride in what I did greeting customers with a warm smile. Kind and helpful associate at The Children’s Place. I greeted every customer upon entry asking if they need assistance. I rang up customers on the register. When I wasn’t ringing I walked around straightening the store. When customers left I told them to have a nice day. My goal was to always make each customer feel special and smile, and I did just that. Very social and trusted associate at Off the Wall. I made small talk and had very interesting conversations with each customer. Ensuring they found what they came to the store to purchase. I upsold quite a bit being a kind and charismatic person. I have devoted every extra second of my two and a half years here to this fine, historical, establishment. I covered every shift I was asked and came in every time they wanted me to. I work banquets for large events when they need an extra hand. And with previous food service background it wasn’t that difficult. I have to an extent also helped with housekeeping although I was never officially trained I think I at least had knowledge of the bare minimum. Being an activities assistant was a wonderful job. I met a lot of amazing people. With age there is definitely wisdom. Helping the elderly or anyone that needs help brings me joy. I have been successful in transitioning to a gas station career.
