As the coordinator of a volunteer special needs group, my role involves
overseeing the operations and activities to ensure their smooth and
effective execution. My responsibilities include organising various
programs, events and outings that cater to the unique needs and
interests of the participants. Additionally, I provide ongoing support
and guidance to both the volunteers and the individuals with special
needs, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels
