  • I started out with Mcgrath as a BDC agent on the service side. I worked as an agent in their call center answering calls, doing follow ups with customers to see how their visit went or made calls to confirm upcoming appointments. I was trained in Honda IN and Xtime for this position. I was then promoted to be a warranty administrator which set me in with the service department. I worked with DealerBuilt, Lightyear and Honda IN for this position. There was daily communication with the service advisors, service managers, the technicians and parts department. GridLife started as a small grassroots event primarily focused in the midwest but has since grown into a worldwide sensation with events all across the United States and Canada.

Additional Information

I've added this additional information section to discuss my physical condition as I am handicapped from a brain aneurysm I suffered 2 years ago. This resulted in 2 strokes and has left me hemiplegic with my left side paralyzed. I am constantly recovering and evolving my adaptations to normal living. I am slightly limited on my physical capabilities, I am limited on what I can carry as I have only one arm to work with. My goal has been to not let this handicap slow me down or limit what I am capable of. I am always willing to absorb any responsibilities or duties that are within my abilities. As a prime example I was told by doctors that I would likely not be able to walk again. My love for animals has pushed me enough to take on volunteering at animal shelters on the weekends. A handicapped guy showing up to walk and bathe dogs is less than ideal, but we make it work.
