We where on the cutting edge of gluten free grains and flour in the pasta and baking industries. At one point, suppling a major role in ingreident procurement and recipe development. We also built web sites for clients to articulate their products to their particular markets. Placement of said products in our partnered major food outlets. We brought the most complete one stop shop in the Midwest.
