- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all facets of the interior and exterior of our facility. I was responsible for managing all repairs of both the maintenance department and various vendors. I also managed 2 other employees that covered our custodial department as well as all upkeep of our facility including all repairs including minor repair our electrical equipment such as ride on pallet jacks, reach trucks and fork trucks. Maintain and service our roof top hvac units as well as our makeup air unit for our commercial kitchen. All interior upgrades from painting offices to replacing vinyl base and all plumbing repairs on toilets urinals and sinks along with the repair of our commercial kitchen equipment. I was responsible for all vendor invoices on completed repairs to assure everything was repaired to specs and operational. Was also responsible for all snow removal and clearing all walkways in the winter and all lawn maintence during the growing season. Trouble shooting electrical equipment and maintenance of 17 dock doors plus 8 high speed refrigerated dock doors along with maintaining our refrigeration system, cleaning coils and out door condensers and also replacing evaporator and condenser motors and contactors.
