  • 2020-present CNC Machining Division Manager. Manage 20+ employees, over 2 shift, which create the most high precision gear blanks in the world.
  • Co-chair of the continuous improvement committee since 2016.
  • Developed new training matrix for the entire employee base (120 employees) in 2023.
