• Facilitate collaborative communication with stakeholders regarding TRIO Program’s operations and goals and needs of SSS and Upward Bound participants,

• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Enrollment Management and Services, and Institutional Research, to ensure that all required tracking and monitoring systems are maintained and fully utilized.
• Document progress of TRIO Programs in achieving its funded objectives by coordination and evaluation of project.
• Develop competent and effective staff by recruiting, selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff members in compliance with colleges established Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Facilitate development of activities and programs designed to encourage underrepresented populations to overcome barriers to postsecondary education
• Facilitates work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds

Facilitated course for new college students transitioning or returning to the college environment to assist in developing skills necessary for academic success. Course covered topics like study skills, goal setting, time management and Technology enhancement.

• Increased student motivation by developing engaging lesson plans that catered to various learning styles.

• Direct all operational and administrative functions of TRIO Student Support Services project
