Summary

I started working at a plant nursery in 2024, where I was hired as a cashier. There, I was able to improve my customer service, learn more about plants, learn POS systems, answer the phone, solve customer issues, work with a team, organize and clean inventory, and take care of plants. When the plant nursery shut down, I was then hired at Panera Bread as a cashier. I work production, drive-thru, cashier, dishes, bake, and quality control, but I am generally a cashier. There, I make sandwiches, salads, and drinks, take orders, check orders, follow health standards, bake, do dishes, complete cleaning tasks, and keep the store organized. In April of 2026, I was promoted to a Team Lead, where I help manage the team and aid the manager whenever I can. When the manager is not on the floor, I am in charge.
