As part of the mobile team, I was responsible for several mobile apps. As part of my role I was:

• Receiving requirements from customers,
• Writing specification documents, flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, database tables, etc.
• Working closely with developers, guiding, and monitoring their compliance with documentation,
• Integrating with other organizational systems such as CRM and SharePoint,
• Training tier 1 support teams,
• Tier 2 support

• Tested a wide range of systems from different departments, from initial stages of development to final delivery and later,
• Cooperated with many development teams quickly gaining their respect and becoming a valued, “go-to” team member on challenging test cases.
• Writing testing scripts and performing system, unit, regression, and data interface testing.
• Delivered thorough QA testing reports that determined product quality and release readiness.
