Served as the technical lead on a broad range of energy performance and sustainability consulting projects, with a focus on ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits, retro-commissioning (RCx), monitoring-based commissioning (MBCx), and local Building Performance Standard compliance. Responsible for managing project delivery from scoping through final reporting, including overseeing internal QA/QC, client coordination, fieldwork planning, and financial tracking. Led the development of technical documentation for utility incentive programs, ENERGY STAR certifications, and energy and water benchmarking. In addition to project delivery, supported the professional development of direct reports through ongoing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback. Led proposal development, leveraging deep technical expertise to scope and price work for new and existing clients.

Provided technical leadership on energy audits, retro-commissioning studies, and benchmarking efforts across commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mission-critical sectors. Responsibilities included conducting site assessments, collecting and analyzing field data, identifying energy and water conservation measures (ECMs/WCMs), and producing clear, actionable reporting, utility program, and jurisdictional compliance standards. Supported proposal writing and business development efforts, including scope development, budget estimating, and technical input, in collaboration with senior leadership. Actively involved in mentoring interns and new hires, helping onboard team members and improve overall team delivery quality. Contributed to the development of internal tools, calculators, and templates that improved team efficiency and technical consistency.

Supported wide range of energy efficiency and sustainability projects by assisting senior staff with technical tasks such as utility data analysis, field equipment inventories, trend log reviews, benchmarking, and report preparation. Developed strong foundation in energy audit methodologies, HVAC system evaluation, and conservation measure identification across diverse facility types. Led the implementation of a large-scale public sector outreach and incentive program designed to accelerate energy efficiency upgrades in municipal buildings. This included coordinating with utility partners, developing outreach materials, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and tracking project progress and incentive performance.
