Act as a key point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service with an exceptional first impression. Serve as a primary resource in assisting customers, including helping with meeting rooms, office setups, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing administrative support. Operational & Reception Duties
• Handling call answering, complaints resolution, and escalating issues if necessary. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Maintaining and updating client rosters and files while ensuring all daily service charges are accurately recorded. Managed incoming calls, providing prompt and accurate information to clients about products and services.
Conference Room & IT Support
• Assist clients with conference room setup, including Wi-Fi access and connecting devices to TVs or projectors. Provide basic troubleshooting for IT issues, working with internal and external IT teams to resolve problems.
