- Supported international teams in Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central America. Direct nutritional and operations consulting for five years with five of the largest dairy operations in China. These included AustAsia Dairy, Mengnui, Modern Dairy, Youran, and Yili.
- Presented scientific dairy related information at various nutrition conferences, both domestically and international.
- Authored dairy related articles in numerous journals and magazines.
