Summary

Throughout my education and work history, I have learned what it takes to succeed. I have held several different leadership and management roles which have taught me a variety of life skills. I feel a crucial skill is the ability to work with anyone I meet. In many instances, you cannot control who you are working with, so ability to get the most out of any team member is critical to the end goal of completing the assigned task.

Aspirations

Eventually I want to create my own company. I want to make the world a better place, providing help for those in need. After speaking to bar patrons, I would like to develop a company that provides veterinary supplies to shelters and clinics at an affordable costs. There are many organizations that try to provide care for countless animals yet are limited by the supplies they can acquire. If I could find a way to produce these supplies at reduced costs, it would mean more animals could be treated and have better lives. Before I can think about starting my own company, I would like to work for a large manufacturing company in different departments to get a better understanding of what needs to be done in order to be successful. There are many skills required to be a successful business owner. I realize I need more work experience to help me understand what those skills are and how to improve on my current skill set.

I also have many travel goals. It is important to see other parts of the world to better understand cultures and lifestyles. To work with a diverse team, you need to have a better understand why they are making their decisions. I also understand they will confront tasks or problems with different solutions from myself. Beyond understanding others, I value exploring, comprehending and developing new ideas and potentially items for a business. There are so many experiences to have and new undertakings to try that I want to make the most of any opportunity I come across.

Interests

I enjoy being in nature It helps me relax and remember the beauty of the world Just going on a hike or going out to a pond for fishing makes me happy I often feel as though I am getting caught up in the day to day tasks that need to be done Being outside helps me forget about all of those things and breath

I also enjoy trying new things I try to make it a habit of visiting new restaurants or entertainment options It keeps life fresh It is easy to fall into patterns and not venture outside of the norm Trying new options within and around my community opens my eyes to new possibilities and keeps my life exciting
