Sell merchandise during event.
Engage with fans/customers and answer questions. Help customers choose the right sizes or products. Handle cash, credit cards, mobile payments (Venmo, Square, etc.).
Upsell items or offer bundle deals when possible. Count and record inventory before and after the event. Track sales accurately throughout the night. Notify the artist’s team or manager of low stock or sold-out items. Handle returns or exchanges if needed (based on policy).
