  • While in dispatch, I made sure we had the ideal amount of associates staffed based on the expected volume. Staged routes efficiently and on time to ensure flex drivers were able to deliver packages on time. Helped associates when required in RTS, inducting, sorting and buffing. Resolved issues with flex drivers accordingly.
  • When in Inbound I coached associates on quality, productivity and safety techniques to meet standardized goals. Maintained stations up to the required standard.
  • In outbound I coached associates in picking and packing to improve quality and productivity to clear CPTs while prioritizing safety. I also monitored pick and pack walls and helped pack when required.
