Fulfilled various functions for our sales team such as pricing updates, lock requests, Best Efforts Pricing, Corporate Concessions, Lock Validations, and Extensions. Beyond serving our sales team lock needs, I acted as a corporate liaison between our sales team and Best efforts investors when exceptions on certain preproduction offerings were needed.

• Worked with borrowers to answer questions, process transactions, and resolve issues.
• Ensured accuracy of borrower information, verifying data collected during the application process was correct and updating records as needed.
• Assisted clients in understanding complex financial documents required for completing their loan applications successfully.
• Reviewed loan files for completeness, identified missing documentation, and generated condition lists for applicants.
