I have had quite a varied amount of experiences throughout my career at Delta and in my personal life, which makes me a well rounded and open minded individual. I am a veterinary assistant through a program I took in the late 90s. This experience gave me invaluable medical knowledge, albeit for animals, but can be carried over to handling inflight medical emergencies. I also received the top 2% award for customer satisfaction in 2017. This was a very humbling and proud moment for me that I was recognized for the service I provide to our customers. I also am in process of obtaining my French passport. I am actively refining my French language skills to become fluent in the language. My French and Spanish have been an asset to me while interacting and assisting French and Spanish speaking customers.
