Selected to represent the Chicago market as a liaison between hospital teams and corporate leadership.

Leadership and Culture

• Represent multiple Chicago area hospitals by gathering employee feedback, clinic concerns, and opportunities for improvement to corporate leadership.
• Participate in monthly integrated meetings with company leadership to advocate for the teams and participate in support initiatives.
• Travel to regional and national Veterinary events as an ambassador for Bond Vet’s mission, values, and culture while representing the Chicago market.
• Collaborate with the culture committee members across multiple states to strengthen employee engagement and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Help strengthen communication between hospital teams and corporate leadership to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during wellness, urgent care, and medical appointments.
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, laboratory samples, and diagnostic imaging.
• Place intravenous catheters (IVCs), administer medications, and assist with anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and document treatments in electronic medical records.
• Assist during emergency cases, including documenting events during active CPR efforts.
• Educate clients on medications, preventive care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain treatment areas, inventory, and medical equipment to support efficient patient care.

• Assisted veterinarians with patient care, including administering medications, taking vitals, and preparing patients for surgery.
• Educated pet owners on preventive care and nutrition, as well as handling and restraint techniques.
• Maintained inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring a well stocked and organized hospital.
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, laboratory samples, and diagnostic imaging.
