Work History

Lead Service Technician

Coe Equipment
05.2019 - Current

At Coe Equipment I led trouble shooting efforts for Urgent repairs on the road as far away as florida orrapport in the shop, requiring me to be resourceful and able to work independently. As a lead technician at a dealer I oversaw a majority of the new equipment PDI's and warranty repairs, during my time in this position our dealership consistently got awarded with the least amount of post delivery warranty claims thanks to my thoroughness and expertise in the equipment we work on. My position required me to have a good understanding of all applicable systems for my repairs as well as assisting and training other mechanics in our shop, making our team able to perform the best possible repairs but also do them in a safe and effective manor avoiding call backs and keeping our customers happy with the end result. over the years i grew a great rapport with many of our customers during training and on the phone diagnostics, sometimes answering the call when off the clock when urgent help is needed.

Aviation Maintenance Technician - Apprentice

Cole Aviation
02.2018 - 05.2019

Cole aviation was a short apprenticeship where I was eventually offered a position and turned down. Here I did supervised repairs testing and checking of small aircraft air frame and powerplants. I got this position offered to me from one of my instructors in college Todd Cole who had two openings available at his smaller FBO. I was given this opportunity because he saw me as a stand out student in his class with a deeper understand and a ability to learn quicker than others.

Parts Counter Sales Person

Oreilly Auto Parts
06.2016 - 05.2019

At Oreillys auto parts I was a counter sales person, in this position I handled stocking parts, sales, closing and cleaning. Here I was one of only two employees willing to do the extra training required to mix and handle automotive paint and operate the rotor and drum lathe. I do not have much to say about this position as it was a part time job while I was in collage, but during my time here I was a well liked employee and my manager attempted to promote me to assistant manager at the Hub store but due to company policy you had to be 21 which i was not at the time. All said this job was a part time job during my college years and not a position or field i wanted to grow into.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Apprentice

Air Combat Museum
09.2014 - 05.2017

Im very fond of my time I spent at the Air combat museum, My time there started as a unpaid interneship two days a week where I detailed Historic aircraft and vehicles, I helped the mechanic on duty with various tasks in terms of maintenance. As I grew here I realized an ambition for repairing all things mechanical and complex. In 2015 caught the eye of the owner who made it a paid internship and gave me more opportunity and trust with his rare historic aircraft and vehicles. although I was quite young during my time here and it was off and on through school I was well liked by everyone in the hanger and enjoyed giving guided tours and answering facts about the aircrafts.
